We are looking for an ambitious social media intern to drive and execute a growth strategy on Social Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.) for several brands in collaboration with our marketing team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and emerging platforms
- Experience with Facebook pages or business Instagram accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English language
- Experience with photo editing technology (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- A compelling, conversational voice that facilitates audience engagement and growth
- Understanding of virality and the ability to generate story ideas with strong social potential
- Strong organizational skills
- An eye for brand and design
Responsibilities
- Designing and creating content in collaboration with the in-house design team
- Craft social media post for Facebook, Facebook stories, Instagram, Instagram stories, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest for several brands
- Create an editorial calendar and manage a social media calendar aligned with the overall brand and/or PR strategy
- Analyze the effectiveness of the Social Media impact weekly and propose ways to incorporate the findings in future posts
- Measuring and optimizing results to achieve social media KPIs
- Brainstorm and work with the team to develop ways to expand social media outreach
- Follow digital content media trends
