Qualifications
- 1+ years of project management experience in software product development
- Understanding of IT process and areas
- Experience in working with in-house and remote teams
- Positive attitude towards work in team and new challenges
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Teamwork or similar PM tools
- Familiar with agile software development methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and Scrum
- Strong focus on coordinating and supervising developers, designers, and testers, emphasizing collaborative, continuous improvement of Agile delivery culture
- Proactivity in effective, timely, and clear communication of project expectations and status
- Ability to monitor, identify, and mitigate potential business risks
- Good knowledge and understanding in the preparation of project documentation
- Tech-savvy mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines
- Ability to answer clients’ requests and questions
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
